Yes. Heekly is exclusively for verified retailers. Registration is free and gives you full access to weekly catalogs, pricing, and ordering. You’ll also be assigned a dedicated account manager to assist you whenever needed.

Heekly is a new wholesale program by Henle, built exclusively for small and mid-size retailers. Each week, we launch 12 curated products per category or brand — available only by pre-order, to be produced and imported on demand. It’s like becoming your own importer, without the hassle — and with minimums as low as just one master carton per item.
What inspired the name “Heekly”?
Heekly is a blend of our parent company’s name, Henle, and the word Weekly—reflecting our model of limited-time, weekly deals curated exclusively for retailers. The logo reinforces this concept: it resembles a weekly calendar placed on a shipping pallet, symbolizing both the time-sensitive nature and logistical efficiency of our wholesale offers.

Do Heekly deals have limited availability?
Yes. We work with strategic manufacturing partners all over the world on limited production runs. Once a production batch fills up, that item is no longer available. Ordering early ensures you don’t miss out. If a product sees strong demand during the pre-order window, we do our best to increase the run—provided it won’t delay the intended shipping schedule.
Why do deals only last one week?
To ensure reliable timelines, we rely on firm pre-order cut-off dates. Weekly ordering allows us to schedule production runs efficiently and coordinate consolidated shipments from multiple factories in a structured, timely manner. A tight process leads to predictable outcomes.
Do I have to place large orders to get good pricing?
No. Heekly is designed for independent retailers. We leverage our growing network of retailers to create group purchasing power—without requiring large order minimums from any one store. You can order as little as one master carton.
Can I re-order the same item later?
Sometimes. Popular items may return in future Heekly drops or become available through our parent company, Henle, for ongoing supply. However, many products don’t come back—not necessarily due to lack of success, but because trends evolve quickly. For reorders of previously purchased items that aren't part of the current weekly deals, contact your account manager to explore a custom import-on-demand.
What are the payment options?
You can prepay to maximize savings or apply for payment terms after reserving the items you want.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on the product category and factory location. On average, you can expect 15–18 weeks, including production, ocean freight, and customs clearance.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive status updates at each key milestone: during production, transit, customs clearance, and final local delivery.
